A challenging and new of children and youth drama series. Lord of the Flies meets The Famous Five!

Eight children, age 12-13 are placed in a boot camp on a desert island – All children have had a tough past. Purpose of the boot camp is to get them on right track again, but something is not right on the island. Strange lights and mysterious persons in the dark nights disturb the peace and make the children stay a fight.
The Island is a regular fiction series with a documentary look. The children meeting, the sinister atmosphere of the island and a man who turns out to be a dangerous smuggler gives the serial drama, suspense and mystery.
The children go trough a classic process of formation and development. Soon they will discover who they are and where they come from. And from that point they have to make choices that will define their new identity and their roads towards adulthood.
